SHIPPING POLICY

The standard local shipping fee is R60 Nationwide

Order is processed and shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order

Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be shipped within the next 3-5 working days

Crafty Organics (PTY) Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping, we ship using outsourced courier services and have no control over our packages once they have been shipped. We try our best to package our items to prevent any damage that may be caused when the products are in transit. If you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping, please do not not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns, refunds are only issued under certain circumstances. If you are unhappy with your products or package you received, please contact us via email explaining the reason you would like a refund. Once we have received your email we will evaluate and issue you with a store voucher of equal value.

We do our utmost best to package your items in the best way possible, we always check our packages before they leave us to ensure they are in order. We however are human and make errors. All complaints and concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving your products.
